Blackwood Manor
A haunted 1940s manor hidden in Paleto Forest, delivered with a full paranormal investigation script. Take the van, search the house in the dark, collect evidence and lay the Blackwood family to rest.

The manor
- Two-floor interior: hall, living room with grandfather clock, dining room, front room, bedrooms and gallery
- Family cemetery with old gravestones, bridge and main gate
- Replaces the old Paleto Forest sawmill, south of Paleto Bay, ground reshaped and collisions rebuilt
- Candles, creaking wooden floors and doors that answer back
